Volgatsemmash JSC manufactures the entire nomenclature of equipment for crushing, grinding, roasting and other production processes. The enterprise's products are characterized by operational reliability. A significant share of production volume is equipment manufactured in single copies per individual orders. The engineering and production potential of the enterprise allows full design, manufacture, and delivery of products, and, if necessary, manufacture of individual units and assemblies per customer documentation. Volgatsemmash JSC employs experienced engineering personnel. Thermal and mechanical calculations are performed by specialists of the chief designer's department (CDD). The production base includes several main productions: Assembly and welding – thickness of welded products from 1 to 1,400 mm. Mechanical assembly – equipped with lathes, slotting machines, grinding machines, gear processing machines, etc. In total, the machine park numbers about 300 units of equipment. Metallurgical production – foundry and forging-pressing section. Quality control of Volgatsemmash JSC products is carried out by all industrial methods of destructive and non-destructive testing, including ultrasonic, radiographic, capillary and magnetic particle flaw detection, etc. Manufactured products have Certificates of Conformity to the Technical Regulation on safety of machinery and equipment.
