The specialists of the association have developed a fundamentally new modular scheme of the furnace drive, consisting of a low-speed planetary stage block and a cylindrical block, connected to each other and to the ring gear body by flange connections.
The use of the proposed drive scheme provides:

The revision of the planetary gearbox at the Shchurovsky cement plant showed the absence of wear of gears (crown, satellites, gears). The 4x13.5m mill has been operating for more than 19 years. Volgatsemmash JSC manufactured 32 such drives.
The experience of operating the Ivachev articulated lever coupling has shown that the clutch is unpretentious in operation, provides high reliability and durability (more than 20 years of continuous operation), high compensating capacity (permissible misalignment increases to 3°).
