EKGSERVIS JSC (ЭКГСервис)

EKGServis JSC has expertise in the segment of equipping the mining industry. Since 2005, we have been producing equipment and spare parts for quarry equipment: spare parts for EKG, ESH, Bucyrus, P&H excavators of various modifications; spare parts for SBSH drilling rigs; spare parts for tractor and bulldozer equipment; metal structures, non-standard equipment and products according to customer drawings. We have passed technical audit and supply products to the largest mining holdings of Russia and Kazakhstan: Metalloinvest, Polyus, NNK, SUEK, UGMK, EVRAZ, MMK, ERG, Kazakhmys, and others. We have our own production facilities located in the territory of the Stankomash industrial park. Our own design department is involved in production, through which we carry out modernization of equipment and spare parts, as well as the development of design documentation. When solving complex and non-standard tasks, we cooperate with NIIOGR and the Ural Mining University (department of mining machines and complexes) for scientific substantiation and calculation of certain solutions. Our own machine park includes various machines including CNC: lathes, vertical boring machines, slotting, drilling, milling, electro-erosion, as well as plate bending machines and a plasma cutting unit.
