The Tula Plant of Mining Equipment is one of the leading manufacturers in the Russian Federation and CIS of mining equipment for extracting various types of minerals.
The plant produces a wide line of mining equipment for driving and building mine shafts, produces mine hoisting equipment, including sinking winches, cages, skips, sheaves, as well as smaller nomenclature. In addition, the plant specializes in the production of mine rail transport — battery locomotives, as well as man and cargo cars of various types and capacities. The plant designs and produces non-standard equipment to order, carries out commissioning and service works.
Engineering is one of the leading activities. The enterprise's customers are Rosatom, Alrosa, Norilsk Nickel Group, Lukoil, Severstal, SUEK, PMH, Eurochem, Uralkali, KMA-Ruda Combine, Kazakhmys and others. Since 2015, the enterprise has been making export supplies, in particular to Belarus and Kazakhstan.
