Our company is part of the Gornye Mashiny JSC group and specializes in creating integrated digital solutions for industrial enterprises. We carry out turnkey projects: from design and supply of equipment to installation, commissioning and technical support. This approach guarantees customers full support and reliable results. The key direction of our work is the implementation of predictive maintenance systems for equipment at coal processing plants. This innovative solution allows timely prediction of possible breakdowns using thermal imagers, vibration sensors and acoustic sensors. Based on a single analytical platform, forecasts and recommendations are formed, which reduces accidents, reduces downtime and ensures a quick return on investment (6-12 months). In addition to predictive analytics, we offer our own developments to improve safety and efficiency of production: a personnel positioning system that allows controlling the location of employees at the facility; a multifunctional safety system to protect work processes; an air-gas control system for monitoring and preventing dangerous gas concentrations. During our work, we have successfully implemented more than 15 integrated projects, demonstrating in practice the effectiveness of digital transformation of repair and production processes. Thanks to industry specialization and our own technologies, we offer customers solutions that simultaneously increase productivity, reduce costs and bring plants to a new level of reliability.
