Company introduction
Our main new products are harp-shaped screens and cloths made of 65Mn alloy steel with increased manganese content. Such steel significantly surpasses ordinary steel in wear resistance, and is therefore ideal for harsh Ural stone, where strength requirements are especially high.
The Zigzag plant specializes in the production of corrugated cloths per GOST 3306-88 for sorting crushed stone and minerals. Production was launched in Yekaterinburg in 2021, and in a short time we built a modern plant equipped with high-tech Japanese lines. In 2023 we started producing tension screens with folded edges, and in 2025 we launched the production of harp-shaped screens.
