EEM LLC is the official representative of NEMZ LLC, engaged in the supply of electric motors. Production of electric motors at the production site of NEMZ LLC at the address: Kemerovo Region, Novokuznetsky district, Malaya Shchedrukha village, building 2. European Electric Machines LLC is the official representative of NEMZ LLC and since 2013 has been supplying explosion-proof and general industrial electric motors to enterprises of various fields. The offered EEM trademark electric motors are manufactured at our own electromechanical plant in Novokuznetsk (NEMZ LLC). The main production program includes various types of low and high voltage electric machines with power from 10 kW to 5,000 kW. We produce: explosion-proof, multi-speed, increased power, general purpose, externally cooled, high-efficiency motors (IE2, IE3), synchronous AC motors, high voltage motors, wound rotor motors, special motors meeting customer requirements, three-phase asynchronous mine motors, water-cooled motors. Production capacity of the enterprise is about 5,500 m², includes a full cycle of production and service of electric motors. At its own production site, since 2018, NEMZ LLC has launched a full cycle of production of electric motors with power of 250 kW and 315 kW with voltage 660/1140 V, 400 kW and 500 kW with voltage 6000 V, 600/1140, also with IC416 cooling in explosion-proof version (Exd I). The motors are manufactured at our own production using high-quality materials; soldering of rotor bars with a short-circuit ring is carried out with solder containing at least 35-37% silver; stator impregnation is carried out in a vacuum-pressure chamber using high-quality compound with special electrical insulating tape. Materials used in the production of electric motors correspond to insulation class H (180°).
