AR type pump is single-stage, single suction, cantilever, double shell, horizontal centrifugal slurry pump, widely used in mining, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, papermaking, building materials and other industries to transport strong abrasive slurry.

The pump is suitable for long-distance transportation of slurries of various concentrations, especially for high head conditions that cannot be transported by general single-stage pumps.

Product Features

Large diameter, short cantilever to ensure the rigidity of the shaft, suitable for high-power working conditions.

Hardened stainless steel shaft sleeve with "O" ring seals at both ends. The sleeve protects the shaft from wear and corrosion.

Ductile cast iron pump casing with reinforcement for better pressure bearing, durability, strength, safety and longer service life.

Cartridge bearing assemblies allow maintenance in a clean environment without disassembling the pump, resulting in reliable operation and longer bearing life.

The wet end parts are made of high chrome alloy or rubber, which are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant, improving the service life. The metal wet end parts and rubber wet end parts can be interchanged or mixed to suit different working conditions.

The impeller adopts the structure of wide flow channel and concave blade, which improves the flow rate and abrasive erosion, and prolongs the service life.

Shaft sealing can adopt packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal to adapt to different working conditions.

Outlets can be rotated in 8 directions at an interval of 45° as required to suit the installation and application.

Frame plate and cover plate are made of ductile iron with reinforcement to ensure the ability to withstand high pressure.
