Product Introduction

AO(R) series slurry pump is easier to deal with high concentration slurry containing large size particles, is specially designed for the most severe slurry conditions specially designed products, such as ball mills, SAG mills, cyclone feed and other work stations. The hydraulic structure of AO(R） pump is designed based on many years of experience and application research, together with on-site wear and tear performance tests. The unique structure and higher efficiency make it capable of handling all kinds of severe working conditions.

Product Features

The large diameter, low speed, high efficiency impellers are manufactured from a range of wear-resistant alloys to increase their service life.

Wider internal flow channels reduce internal flow velocities, which reduces wear and tear.

Large diameter shaft with shorter cantilever and heavy-duty roller bearings mounted in cartridge bearing assemblies.

The flame plate and cover plate can be mounted in reverse, allowing the outlet to be oriented in either a "right vertical" arrangement (standard) or a "left vertical" arrangement, thus providing greater flexibility to the plant layout designer. The only additional parts that affect the conversion are the clockwise rotating impeller and shaft.

With replaceable metal and rubber liners:

This is a lower risk alternative for plants that are concerned about casing rupture due to mill ball spillage.

Thicker liner provides better wear life and the split shell provides structural integrity, with better pressure resistance and safety.

Split cover plate for easy replacement of impeller, throatbush and frame plate liner insert.
