Insight Series

The Insight Series adopts a combined detection method composed of VIS HD dual-sided imaging system and X-ray technology, which can be customized according to the specific characteristics of different ores.

The machine collects both internal and external information about the ore, including color, texture, luster, and density, and uses an artificial intelligence algorithm to significantly improve accuracy.

Compared to traditional ore sorting machines, the Insight series boasts a new modular design and greatly enhanced sorting efficiency. It uses a vibrating feeder, short belt, and free fall technology, and is available in various feeding widths (1600mm, 3200mm) to accommodate a wide range of processing capacities (40-150 tons per hour for +10mm-60mm ore). This allows it to meet the diverse needs of different mines.

Each machine can be controlled and monitored remotely through HPY Cloud, reducing the need for manual operation and associated costs.
