The KSP-2509C Concrete sprayer is a specialized mechanized equipment developed for the support work in

underground metal mines and engineering tunnels. It integrates walking, concrete pumping and spraying functions. It

features flexible construction operations, high efficiency, and is safe and reliable.

1. The multi-degree-of-freedom hydraulic-driven spraying arm, combined with a wireless remote controller, enables

the easy realization of actions such as the extension, rotation, down and up, and spraying of the main arm. It has a

wide coverage range and is convenient to operate.

2. The hopper is equipped with a hydraulic-driven agitator and an electric vibration pump, facilitating the pumping,

cleaning and maintenance of concrete.

3. Configured electric screw air compressor, the concrete accelerating pumping system adopts a screw electric pump

and a PLC control system. It can synchronously adjust the output of accelerator in proportion according to the

change of concrete flow, so as to optimize the proportion of concrete and accelerator.

4. Equipped with a hinged special chassis and four-wheel drive, it is suitable for operations in narrow underground

tunnels. The power system use imported turbocharged engine, with DANA gearbox, and a drive axle with wet braking

system (spring braking, hydraulic release pressure relief type brake), ensuring safe and reliable braking performance.

5. The installation positions of each system are reasonable, convenient for maintenance and servicing.
