The WBT1600 Electric Wheelie Bin Tipper is designed to make routine waste handling safer, faster and easier in workplaces where smaller wheelie bins need to be emptied into larger waste containers. Rather than manually lifting or handling a loaded bin, the operator positions the wheelie bin within the galvanised steel caddy and uses the powered lifting system to raise and tip the bin.
The bin tipper has a maximum lifting capacity of 150kg and is compatible with standard 80L, 120L, 140L and 240L wheelie bins. The caddy is designed to accommodate the standard widths of each compatible bin size, allowing operators to move between bin sizes without having to adjust the machine. The unit reaches a tipping height of 1600mm and completes the full lift, tip and return cycle in approximately 13 seconds, with the tipping movement itself taking approximately 7 seconds.
