Application Scope

It is suitable for underground endless rope winch in the coal mine,adopting Siemens PLC as the core. The high-definition dynamic simulation display screen as an HMI display interface,voice alarm prompt, multi locking control handle. This device not only provides whole real-time dynamic monitoring of the winch's operation status but also can provide various control methods for the winch, such as a VFD or soft starter. The system can monitor the winch that operates in whole tunnels seamlessly which is mainly composed of mine safety operation table, mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe programmable control box,mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe language acousto-optic communication device, intrinsically safe non-contact magnetic rewinding switch,explosion-proof camera,explosion-proof video monitor, leakage communication system, etc.
