Function Description of Coal Mine Drill-Anchor Protection Units
1. Two drilling arms, one of which has an integrated or telescopic slide frame structure (optional); the integral type is only used for drilling blasting holes; The telescopic type can drill both blasting holes and impact drilling, allowing quick drilling of top pole laying holes. The slide on the other drilling arm is integral, with a windlass symmetrically installed at the bottom of the slide. The long slide is supported by a rock drill for impact drilling and blasting, enabling full-face drilling; The anchor rod machine is a rotary rock drill and is mainly used for anchoring cable holes.
2. Two anchor rod machines, one of which has a telescopic slide frame structure and uses an impact rock drill for anchor rod drilling, with drilling efficiency more than four times that of rotary rock drills. The other uses high-torque hydraulic rotary drilling, mainly responsible for drilling anchor cable holes and anchor rod holes, with drilling efficiency more than twice that of traditional drills.
3. The middle boom supports a load of over 2 tons and is used to support both the upper and lower platforms. The upper platform serves as a work platform for temporary support of the top grid, acting as a "front probe beam," enabling rapid temporary support; The lower platform serves as a service platform, with a telescopic structure supporting a load of about 600 kg, used for standing personnel, and storing appropriate amounts of screw, anchoring agents, pallets, and other materials and tools.
