The mine-use explosion-proof and intrinsically safe multi-circuit (high-voltage) vacuum electromagnetic starter (hereinafter referred to as the starter) is suitable for underground coal mines and other surrounding media containing explosive gas environments containing methane and coal dust mixtures. On power supply lines with rated voltages of 3300V, 1140V, and 660V AC 50Hz, the starting, stopping, and speed switching of multiple three-phase AC induction motors or two-speed motors can be controlled, and the motors and their power supply circuits are protected. This equipment is used in comprehensive mechanized coal mining faces, serving as the starting and stop control for shearers, scraper conveyors, crushers, transferrs, emulsion pump stations, and belt conveyors. It can also be used for start-stop control and protection of other equipment.

1. Adopts quick-open door design, with quick-connect cable connectors for input and output, making assembly and disassembly easy, and replacement and maintenance simple.
2. Uses 10-inch Chinese-English display with WinCE operating system, rich content, simple and intuitive interface design, and strong human-computer interaction.
3. The control system uses an imported programmable controller with a modular design. The main control components are centrally arranged, with independent control and protection for each circuit. Each circuit module does not affect each other, and modules of the same model can be quickly interchanged.
