Analog input isolation safety barrier

Overview of Main Electrical Appliances
and Products
The analog input isolation safety barrier can connect to 2-wire and 3-wire transmitters in hazardous areas, providing working power to the hazardous area. The transmitter samples output signals, converts them into user-specified linear signals, and outputs them to the safety zone. Safety barriers limit the energy entering hazardous areas from intrinsically safe terminals, ensuring the system's intrinsic safety and explosion-proof. Wall-mounted installation can meet the needs of different application sites. Provide isolated DC power to transmitters in hazardous areas on site, detect current signals of 4~20mA from transmitters, and after isolation and interference suppression, output DC signals to the safety control system or other instruments.
Product Features
Current Signal Transmission
The transmitter's intrinsically safe terminal current signal is transmitted in isolation at 4~20mA, suitable for long-distance transmission with no voltage attenuation.
Strong
anti-interference capabilityInput, output, and power are completely isolated, better adapting to underground electromagnetic interference environments.
Strong
signal processing capabilityCan handle various sensor input signals such as thermocouples and RTDs.
Third-party isolation for greater safety
Third-party isolation eliminates the need for system grounding wiring. Allow on-site instruments to be grounded, and allow on-site instruments to be non-isolated.
Easy to install and use

35mm standard DIN rail clip-on installation with plug-in terminal connectors, facilitating fault inspection and maintenance.
