Product Description
The KGLS high-frequency probability screening system consists of multiple layers of screens arranged in ascending order with varying screen surface angles. The top layer features the largest sieve holes, while subsequent layers progressively decrease in size. These multi-layer screens are housed within a compact screening chamber driven by dual vibration motors or exciters, enabling linear motion of the chamber.
Since each screen layer is inclined at an angle to the horizontal plane, the projected aperture of each layer on the horizontal plane is smaller than its actual aperture. This design prevents material accumulation and clogging on the screen surface while enabling layered distribution of sorted materials. It also increases the effective screening area and ensures the screen's extended service life.
