Bolting load indicators
Load indicators are designed to monitor the safe and critical loads of the rock mass on anchors with metal, rope or composite rods that have threads on the tail.
Load indicators are used in underground mine workings (structures) secured with anchor support. Also, it is possible to use IN in other conditions (open-pit mines, quarries, civil and industrial construction, road construction, etc.), to control the safe condition of the anchor support.
The use of information insulators makes it possible to increase the level of safety of work by monitoring the load on the anchors and promptly strengthening the working areas where the critical threshold on the indication will be triggered.
It is recommended to install indicators in the workings every 100 m for each anchor in the row, in the areas of the DGD, installation and dismantling chambers, split furnaces, and at each interface of the workings.
