1. Application Fields

Forged steel balls are widely used for material grinding in mines, cement plants, thermal power plants, sewage treatment plants, chemical plant ball mills, and semi-autogenous mills.

2. Production process

Round steel → is automatically fed→ heated by electric furnace→ slashed into balls→ isothermal conveying→ quenched→ cooled→ insulation→ packaging

The wear-resistant steel balls produced by our company utilize high-quality raw materials, advanced automated equipment, unique heat treatment processes, and strict quality control systems to achieve better overall hardness.

High overall hardness: surface hardness can reach 57-67 HRC, volume hardness 56-64 HRC, with uniform hardness gradient distribution:

High impact toughness: impact toughness greater than 12J/CM²

Low crushing rate: The resistance to spalling and crushing is more than ten times that of ordinary cast and forged steel balls, with over 20,000 ball drop impact cycles, and the actual crushing rate does not exceed 1%, nearly no breakage.

The product has high overall hardness with uniform gradient distribution, high toughness, low wear, low breakage rate, almost no roundness, and strong resistance to chemical corrosion from acids and alkalis.
