Addressing the challenges associated with traditional shaft drilling rigs—such as difficulties in relocation and transportation, low levels of intelligence, and inability to operate effectively in hard rock—this innovation adopts an integrated design that organically combines the main machine assembly, power unit, and crawler walking system. As a result, we have innovatively developed technologies including an integrated walking system, dynamic plug-in devices, proportional drill rod handling systems, and automatic drill rod conveyance. These advancements eliminate the need for disassembly and reassembly during relocation, significantly reducing auxiliary time required for rig setup and dismantling, thereby greatly enhancing operational efficiency and substantially lowering overall operating costs.
